The presented 1935 Dodge Touring Sedan DU-2 is a pre-war five-passenger sedan from the DU series, also known as the Dodge New Value. The car retains the distinctive styling of the mid-1930s, with prominent fenders, a tall radiator grille, and numerous chrome details.
Under the hood is a classic L-head (Flathead) inline-six gasoline engine. The factory engine used in the DU series had a displacement of 217.8 cu in (approximately 3,569 cm³) and produced around 87 hp. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 3-speed manual transmission.
The body is finished in an attractive two-tone combination of burgundy red with black fenders. Its distinctive appearance is enhanced by Wide White Wall tires, steel wheels with chrome Dodge hubcaps, and two full-size spare wheels mounted on the sides of the front fenders. At the front, the large headlights, auxiliary lamps, chrome radiator grille, and characteristic ram hood ornament immediately draw attention. Chrome bumpers are also fitted at both the front and rear.

It is accompanied by analog gauges for temperature, amperage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The car also retains a manual CHOKE control and a long floor-mounted manual gear lever. The odometer currently displays approximately 57,799 km – this is the indicated odometer reading and not a verified vehicle mileage.
At the rear is a large, separate luggage compartment with an upward-opening trunk lid. The trunk is carpeted and offers a considerable amount of usable storage space for a car from the mid-1930s.
