1977 OLDSMOBILE DELTA 88 ROYALE
For sale: a classic full-size body-on-frame sedan – the 1977 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale. The car remains in original condition, finished in brown paint with natural patina that adds real character. Built on the GM B-body platform, it comes with the classic combo: V8 engine + Hydra-Matic automatic transmission + rear-wheel drive.
The engine is complete with all accessories – it runs and drives, but like any survivor it will need a standard mechanical service (fluids, brakes, hoses, carburetor). The frame and floor are solid, making it a strong base to build on.
The interior is complete – wide plush bench seats, original Royale wood-trimmed dash, AM/FM radio, emblems, and moldings. It shows age and will need refreshing, but it’s all there.
The Delta 88 Royale is a big, comfortable late-70s sedan – perfect as a rat-look cruiser, an OEM+ restomod project, or a full restoration. These “survivor” cars are getting harder to find in this condition.
