The 1987 Corvette C4 is a two-seater American coupe with a low, wide stance and a distinctive long hood. The one-piece clamshell hood, incorporating the upper sections of the front fenders, opens forward to provide access to the engine bay and front suspension components. The car also features a removable targa-style roof panel.

Under the hood is a 5.7-liter L98 V8 engine equipped with Tuned Port Injection. In factory specification, the engine produced 240 hp and approximately 468 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission.

This example stands out with its dark blue metallic paintwork. The car features front and rear styling inspired by later Corvette C4 models, along with polished five-spoke wheels. Red brake calipers and a Borla exhaust system with two wide rectangular exhaust tips complete the exterior appearance.

The interior is finished in light brown leather. Equipment includes an electrically adjustable seat, air conditioning with an electronic control panel, power windows and mirrors, and the digital instrument cluster characteristic of early C4 models.

An interesting feature is the rear hatch release button located on the driver’s side near the door. The large glass rear hatch provides access to a carpeted luggage compartment with additional storage compartments.

The car is a complete example requiring further cosmetic refinement. The Corvette retains the distinctive character of the 1980s while incorporating several visual changes inspired by later models of the C4 generation.
